Asus is about to launch a new smartphone in Russia named Asus Zenfone Max Plus (M1) which is listed online on company’s Russia website which features a narrow bezel design along with 18:9 ratio display and it also comes with dual rear camera setup.
Zenfone Max series phones from Asus are generally battery-focused smartphones and Asus Zenfone Max Plus (M1) is no different, as it packs a 4130 mAh non-removable battery. It sports a 5.7-inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080) display and it runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) operating system out of the box. This handset is powered by MediaTek MT6750T Octa-Core CPU clocked at 1.5GHz and it is having ARM Mali-T860 graphics processor.
This smartphone comes in two memory variants, there is a 2GB RAM / 16GB storage variant and a 3GB RAM / 32GB storage variant.
Another key feature of this Zenfone Max Plus (M1) is its dual rear camera. It is equipped with 16-Megapixel primary and 8-Megapixel rear cameras which allow it to take regular as well as wide-angle photos. And for selfies, there is an 8-Megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
It is a dual-SIM smartphone and it is having a different dedicated slot for microSD cards up to 256GB. In terms of other specifications, it is also having a fingerprint scanner and face unlock feature as well.
Asus Zenfone Max Plus (M1) comes in gold, silver and black color options and according to the reports coming in, Asus will be launching this phone in Russia in coming weeks and later it will be rolled out in other selected markets. At this point of time, Asus has not disclosed its pricing, but we will keep an eye on its launch and related updates, so stay tuned.
