Huawei Mate 8 features a huge 6 inch display with full HD (1920 x 1080p) resolutions and it has pixel density of 368 ppi (pixels per inch). Under the hood it is having Kirin 950, Octa Core CPU with first set cores clocked 2.3GHz and other set of cores at 1.8GHz coupled with Mali T880 GPU.
This phone will be available in a bunch of different models. The most affordable model is the one which comes with 3GB of Ram and has 32GB of internal memory whereas the top-end model will come with 4GB of Ram and it has 128GB of inbuilt memory. All the variants of this phone support microSD card upto 128GB.

Huawei Mate 8 is equipped with a 16 Megapixel rear auto focus camera with LED flash, optical image stabilization, full HD video recording, slow motion video recording and you can also play with time lapse photography feature. On the front side it features a 8 Megapixel selfie camera.
Mate 8 is a dual SIM smartphone and the other connecitivty list includes features like dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/hg/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2 with BLE support, micro USB v2.0 port, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS/ AGPS and GLONASS.
It has a 4000 mAh non user removable battery and it is available in moonlight sliver, grey sky, mocha gold and champagne gold colour options.
Currently Huawei has launched this phone only in China and Huawei has also announced that the global variant of Huawei Mate 8 will be showcased at CES 2016.
