Huawei has launched its flagship Huawei P9 Android smartphone in India at New Delhi in the presence of Peter Zhai, President, Consumer Business Group, Huawei India, along with two Bollywood celebrities Boman Irani and Sushmita Sen.
Huawei P9 is an all metal unibody smartphone coming with 5.2 inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolutions and its fairly light weight device measuring at 144 grams. It runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system and it is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 955 Octa-Core processor with 4-cores clocked at 2.5GHz and other 4-cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Its having 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is expandable up-to 128GB via microSD card.

Now coming to the key feature, which is its dual rear camera. Huawei P9 comes with two 12 Megapixel cameras on the back which is co-engineered by Leica Camera AG and has hybrid focusing. One camera is using a RGB sensor and other is using a monochrome sensor which provides amazing details and it lets you choose the focusing point later after capturing the image and it also has manual shooting mode. On the front side the handset is having an 8 Megapixel selfie camera.
It is having single SIM slot, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. It is also having a squared shaped fingerprint scanner which is placed on the back. All this is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery which Huawei claims can provide 2 days of battery life on normal usage and a single day on heavy usage.
Huawei P9 is available for sale from 18th August onwards exclusively at Flipkart in three colour options mystic silver, prestige gold and titanium grey at a price point of Rs. 39,999/-.
