Back at the Microsoft’s Conference early this month in Mumbai, Microsoft has announced as well as showcased a couple of products which will be launched in India in coming months.
First of all is the Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL. These device will be coming to India the earliest. I mean, as soon as early December.
Microsoft has previously showcased these devices at the Windows 10 Devices Event on October 6th. Microsoft Lumia 950 features a 5.2 inch WQHD (2440 x 1440 pixels) resolution display and under the hood it is having a 1.8GHz Hexa Core, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and it packs a 3000 mAh battery.
Microsoft Lumia 950 XL comes with a larger 5.5 inch WQHD display and it is powered by a Snapdragon 810, 2.0GHz Octa Core processor along with 3GB of Ram and it has 3340 mAh battery.
Both these smartphones features a 20 Megapixel rear auto focus camera with optical image stabilization and it can record 4K videos as well. Whereas on the front, side both the devices are having a 5 Megapixel selfie camera.
Other than that, at the Future Unleashed event in India, Microsoft has also announced the Surface Pro 4 which will be launched in India in January 2016.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a 12.3 inch (2736 x 1824 pixels) resolution display with 267 ppi (pixels per inch). This hybrid tablet is powered by the latest 6th generation Intel processors (Core M3, i5 or i7) and depending upon your choice you can go with 4GB, 8GB or 16GB RAM.
Surface Pro 4 has an 8 Megapixel rear camera whereas on the front, it has a 5 Megapixel camera. You can also attach or detach the new keyboard which will be sold separately.
This hybrid device will support 128GB, 256GB and 512GB of SSD’s (Solid State Drive) and Microsoft promise it can provide upto 9 hours of video playback time.
And prices will be announced at the time of launch.
