The Moto M is the company’s first smartphone in its M-series and next year we are definitely going to see other phones launching under this series.
This handset comes with an all-metal unibody design and it sports a 5.5 inch full HD (1920 x 1080p) IPS display. The phone launched in China is powered by a 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio P15 Octa-Core processor along with Mali 860 MP2 graphics processor. It is equipped with a 16 Megapixel rear sensor with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED flash, and f/2.0 aperture. For selfies, it is having an 8 Megapixel front camera with beautification mode.
In terms of memory, it comes with 4GB of LPDDDR3 RAM, 32GB of onboard storage and it also does support microSD card up to 128GB. This handset runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) operating system and it also features a fingerprint scanner on the rear side under the camera module. On the connectivity front, it is having dual hybrid SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack. It is packing a 3,050 mAh non-removable battery that supports fast charging.

Motorola Moto M is going to be launched in India tomorrow in gold and silver colour options. It is priced at 1999 Yuan in China and it is expected to price somewhere around Rs. 20,000/- ($296) in India.
