HMD Global has launched its first smartphone named “Nokia 6” running on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system in China.
Nokia 6 features a 5.5” IPS LCD Full HD hybrid in-cell display with 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 Octa-Core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. This handset comes with 64GB of internal storage, which can also further expanded up to 128GB via microSD.
This smartphone is equipped with a 16-megapixel rear phase detection autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual LED flash, and it is having an 8-megapixel selfie camera. On the connectivity front, it supports LTE bands, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack and micro USB v2.0. Nokia 6 is packing a 3000 mAh non-removable battery.
On the launch, HMD Global has said, that Nokia 6 smartphone will be available in China in early 2017 on China’s popular online shopping website JD.com at a price point of 1699 CNY which translates to 16,739/- Indian rupees / $245 USD.
