Samsung has finally revealed its high end Galaxy Tab S2 premium tablet in two 8.0 inch and 9.7 inch screen sizes which will compete against Apple iPad.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 are high end tablets with powerful specs and both the variants have similar QXGA (1536 x 2048) resolution Super AMOLED display and more or less have same specs with minor changes inside.
Both the variants of Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 comes with Octa Core processor clocked at 1.9 GHz (Quad) & 1.3 GHz (Quad) and offers 3 GB Ram and will be sold in 16/32 GB internal storage models along with the support for microSD card up to 128 GB.
Galaxy Tab S2 features an 8 Megapixel rear autofocus camera along with front facing 2.1 Megapixel camera. This tablet will be running on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) OS.
Samsung has also loaded these tablets with LTE connectivity and fingerprint scanner and handful of other sensors.
The 8.0 inch model packs a 4,000 mAh battery whereas the larger 9.7 inch model has a bigger 5,870 mAh battery and still Samsung is managed to keep both these tablets sleek measuring only 5.6 mm in thickness.
Both these variants of Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 will be launched globally, starting from coming August.
